Oat Milk is low in fat, nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. It’s dead easy to make your own, costs pennies, and no more cartons!

Here’s how to make your own Oat Milk:

Ingredients:

½ cup of oats
1 litre of water
(You can add a bit of salt or something to sweeten it if you want)

Method:

Blend it.
Strain through a sieve.

(Use excess pulp as fiber for smoothies or to make flapjacks, etc)
